These Terms are the agreement between you and Sceen. By joining the waitlist or using Sceen, you agree to these Terms.

1. About these Terms

Terms, “we”, “us” and “Sceen” mean that company, and “you” means the person using this website.

These Terms cover the website at yoursceen.com and the waitlist. They do not cover the Sceen app.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.

2. Who can use this website

• You must be 18 or over to join the waitlist. Sceen is an adult community.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract.
• You must not be barred from using the website under any law that applies to you.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It lets us email you about Sceen and tell you when it opens.

You must give an email address you own and control. Do not sign up on someone else’s behalf without their permission.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails. Unsubscribing removes you from the waitlist and, if you have one, may forfeit your Founders Wall place.

Joining the waitlist does not create an account and does not guarantee access to the app when it launches.

4. Using the website

You may browse the website and join the waitlist. You must not:

• submit false, automated or bulk sign-ups, or sign up using someone else’s details
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or any system behind it
• scrape, copy or harvest data from the website, or use bots or automated tools on it, without our permission
• introduce malicious code, or do anything that damages or disrupts the website
• use the website for anything unlawful

We may restrict or block access if you do any of these things.

5. Our intellectual property

The Sceen name, logo, wordmark, designs, text, images and other materials on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, adapt, reverse-engineer, distribute or reuse them, except as the law permits or as we agree in writing.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the website available and secure, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time.

The website describes Sceen as we currently plan it. Features, timings and launch dates may change before release, and nothing on the website is a binding promise that a particular feature will exist.

7. Links and third-party content

The website may link to venues, events, organisations and social platforms operated by other people. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, services or terms.

8. The Sceen app

These Terms do not cover the Sceen app. When the app launches, its use will be governed by separate Terms and a separate Privacy Policy, which you will be asked to accept before you create an account.

9. Our liability to you

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Subject to your consumer rights, we are responsible for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care.

We are not responsible for loss that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for the conduct of third parties outside our reasonable control.

The website is for personal use. We are not liable for business losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost opportunity.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Sceen develops or as legal requirements change. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version.

If you do not accept a change, please stop using the website and unsubscribe from the waitlist.

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

If something goes wrong, contact info@yoursceen.com first so that we can try to resolve it.

12. General

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
• If we do not enforce a provision immediately, we may still enforce it later.
• We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company. This will not affect your rights.
• No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and Sceen about your use of the website.
